Coralie GAUCHERON-SALMON has extensive experience in program management within the real estate sector, currently serving as Directrice de programmes at Cogedim since January 2021. Prior to this role, Coralie held the position of Responsable de Programmes at both ALTAREA COGEDIM and Nexity, where responsibilities included overseeing various Parisian projects from inception to delivery, encompassing tasks such as design, legal and technical assembly, financial monitoring, and client relations. Additionally, Coralie gained foundational experience as a Stagiaire en alternance at Mio'Terr and Century 21, contributing to construction promotion and transaction environments. Coralie completed a Master 2 in Manager en Aménagement et Maîtrise d'Ouvrage Publique from Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières between 2008 and 2013.
