Benjamin Souesme possesses extensive experience in project management and technical direction within the construction industry. Currently serving as Directeur de projets at Cogedim since March 2021, Benjamin previously held the role of Directeur technique at ALTAREA COGEDIM and served as Directeur technique adjoint Grands Projets at Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France from March 2019 to March 2021. Benjamin's earlier positions included Chef de projet développement immobilier, focusing on technical support and project management, as well as Ingénieur responsable d'affaires at Bouygues Bâtiment, where responsibilities included tendering and project preparation in social housing and specialized establishments.
