Andrew Hale is the Director of Business Development for Healthcare at Coforma since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Director of Public Sector Business Development at Publicis Groupe from May 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included pursuing federal government contracting opportunities and managing proposals. From June 2011 to April 2022, Andrew was a Business Development Manager at Fors Marsh Group, leading business development initiatives and supporting strategic priorities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Development Specialist and Research Analyst, focusing on survey research for various federal agencies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William & Mary and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
