Achin Kumar is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership. Currently serving as Group Head at Coforge, Achin has previously held significant positions at BT as Vertical Head of Talent Acquisition overseeing multiple divisions, and at InterGlobe Technologies as Recruitment Manager for GRO. Additional experience includes roles at Fujitsu Consulting India focusing on talent acquisition and serving as Sales/Recruitment Team Lead at OKAYA. Achin Kumar holds a Master's Degree in International Management from the University of Cumbria, completed in September 2023, and a degree from I.M.S Engineering College obtained in 2007.
