Khalid BOUCHLAGHEM has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Khalid began their career as a Trainee at SICOTEL communications in 2013. Khalid then joined Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. in 2013 as an IT Engineer, where they provided direct support to computer hardware and software communities and ensured the safety and security of data. Khalid later became a Senior IT Engineer at the same company, where they maintained security plans and recovery in case of anomalies and performed stock-related tasks. In 2019, Khalid joined COFICAB Group as an IT Manager, where they lead the maintenance and operation of the plant's IT infrastructure, coordinates administration and maintenance of computer systems and networks, and oversees the implementation of infrastructure upgrades.

Khalid Bouchlaghem's education history begins with obtaining a Bac degree in Electric Science and Technology from Technical High School Mohamed5 in 2008. Khalid then pursued further education and earned a BTS degree in Informatique maintenance and Network from the same institution between 2008 and 2010. Following this, Khalid attended Université Hassan II Mohammedia from 2010 to 2011, where they received a Professional License in Network and Telecommunications. Additionally, they attended Université Abdelmalek Essaâdi from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Telecommunication System Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Khalid has obtained several additional qualifications. Khalid obtained the ITIL® Foundation V4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2019, followed by the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification from the same institution in August 2019. In January 2021, they acquired the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2021 certification from VMware IT Academy. Khalid also holds the Fortinet NSE 4 certification from Fortinet, which they obtained in January 2021. Most recently, they completed two courses through Coursera: "Introduction to Microsoft Azure Cloud Services" and "Microsoft Azure Management Tools and Security Solutions" in August 2022.
