Our focus is to confront the stigma that’s associated with mental health by focusing on the basic and advanced needs of our collective community. It is our goal to provide the education and the resources to help support those struggling with social, financial, and emotional barriers. From the historically disenfranchised, the hip hop community, athletes, first responders, veterans, educators, families, students, social workers, individuals with high-performing jobs, founders and CEO’s. Therapy is healthy food, community, rest, movement, mindfulness and purpose.
