Sayed Salama has a work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. sayed started their career at Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative in January 2013 and later became a Customer Service Team Manager from November 2013 to March 2014. sayed then joined Raya Contact Center as an Account Advisor from April 2014 to July 2015, followed by a role as a Customer Service Team Manager from August 2015 to April 2019. During their time at Raya, they also served as an Operational Account Manager from May 2019 to April 2022. sayed then worked as a Customer Service Manager at Dimofinf from April 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Sayed Salama is serving as a Customer Success Manager at COFE App starting from May 2023.
