Guilherme Cabral is an experienced operations manager currently leading the Coffee Division at COFCO International since September 2016. Previously, Guilherme worked at Noble Group from April 2010 to August 2016, holding various positions including Utilities Manager, Process Engineer, Planning Analyst, and Trainee. Earlier experience includes an industrial trainee role at J. Macedo and internships at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Departments of Crop and Food Science. Guilherme began professional training at Prairie Fruits Farm through the Ohio University Program in 2008. Academic credentials include a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Lavras (2003-2007) and an MBA in Project Management from UNIFENAS (2010-2011), along with an MBA from MBA USP/Esalq.
