Thaddeus Kosciolek is a seasoned mining engineer with extensive experience in mine planning and engineering across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Sr. Mine Planner at Coeur Mining, Inc. since April 2020, Thaddeus has provided critical engineering guidance for the Crown/Sterling project and utilized Deswik software for strategic mine planning and design at the Rochester site. Prior roles include Lead Mine Engineer and various planning positions at Barrick Gold Corporation, where Thaddeus developed life-of-mine plans, managed production activities, and conducted financial viability studies. Thaddeus's career began with internships at KGHM International and Barrett Paving Materials Inc., focusing on short-range production planning and optimizing mining operations. Thaddeus holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Penn State University, complemented by earlier education at Lehigh University.
