Horacio Galli has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Horacio started their career as a Sales Assistant at IBM Argentina in 2001. Horacio then joined ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ANIZACION TECHINT as a Compensation Analyst in 2002. In 2006, they moved to Tenaris where they held multiple HR positions, including Sr Compensation Analyst, HR - Organization Coordinator, International Assignments Manager, HR Project Manager, and HR Processes Director. Horacio served as the Chief Learning Officer at Tenaris from 2018 to 2022. Horacio is currently working as the Learning, Development and Talent Acquisition Director at Coesia S.p.A.
Horacio Galli has a diverse education history. In 1998, they began their studies at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering. During this period, they completed their studies in 2004. In 2015, they enrolled in the University of Michigan's Advanced HR Executive Program, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained certification as a Degreed Client Advisory Board Member from Degreed.
