Eric Woolf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Eric has worked at Coesia S.p.A. as a Human Resources Director for North America since 2024. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of People Operations at 80 Acres Farms, leading strategic initiatives to align HR practices with business objectives. In 2020, they were the Global Process Owner for Hire to Retire at ADM, optimizing HR processes to achieve business objectives. Before that, they had several roles at GE Aviation, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Employee Relations Manager, Talent Recruitment Operations Leader, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and they were also part of the Junior Officer Leadership Program. Additionally, they worked as a Congressional Staff member at the U.S. House of Representatives from 2008 to 2010, and as a Campaign Manager for a Congressional Campaign from 2008 to 2010. Eric also served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army from 2003 to 2008, leading teams and achieving outstanding results.
Eric Woolf completed their undergraduate studies in Leadership and Management with a focus on Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1999 to 2003. In 2009, they pursued an MBA in International Business at both Purdue University Daniels School of Business and TIAS School for Business and Society. From 2011 to 2014, Eric Woolf earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. Eric also obtained certifications as a HBDI(R) / Whole Brain (R) thinking practitioner from Herrmann and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.
