Antonello Scapati has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Manager for South Europe at Coesia S.p.A. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Antonello worked at Sidel as HR Plant at the Parma HQ from February 2017 to February 2020, and held positions at UBS in global talent acquisition from January 2016 to March 2017, and at HP as an HR Operation Specialist from January 2015 to January 2016. Antonello holds a Master of Science in Economics, Management and Statistics with a major in Economics and Law, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, both from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
