Joanna Pratt is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both retail and quality assurance. As the Business Owner of Zsa-Zsa's Boutique since September 2019, Joanna has curated a selection of global merchandise in downtown Bozeman, MT. Concurrently, Joanna has worked at Cody Laboratories, Inc. since May 2013 as a QA Specialist I, where responsibilities include product and raw material release oversight, documentation preparation, and incident report investigations. Previous roles include Project Manager Assistant/Translator at AT&T Lucent Technologies in Gdansk, Poland, and laboratory chemist at Fosfory Inc., where Joanna contributed to various chemical analyses. Joanna holds an MBA in Business and Personal Management from the University of Gdynia and a BS in Analytical Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry in Gdansk.
