Laura Risher has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies and roles. Laura started their career as an Insurance Agent at Farmers Insurance in 2000, and later transitioned to become an Office Manager/Insurance Agent at an Independent Insurance Company in 2007. In 2013, they joined Amerigroup as an Executive Administrative Assistant and subsequently worked as a Member Liaison - Fair Hearing. In 2017, Laura joined Community Health Choice as an Operations Coordinator and later progressed to become a Sr. Compliance Specialist. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at Cody Consulting Group since 2021.

Laura Risher attended Arizona State University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
