Sohail Iqbal serves as the Human Resources Director at CodingCops since January 2022, bringing over a decade of extensive HR leadership experience in various roles. Prior to this, Sohail held the position of Head of HR & Administration at Servaid Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd., where significant contributions were made to establish the company as a leader in Pakistan's pharmaceutical sector. Sohail also worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at ChenOne Stores Limited, where HR strategies and operational procedures were effectively developed. Earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist at LAatrium Restaurant & Hotel and Head of Human Resources Services at Peak Solutions College. Sohail began the HR career as an Assistant Manager HR & OD at Medisys Pharma. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Virtual University of Pakistan (2005-2009).
