Olena Fedorchenko, PhD is currently the VP of HR at Codify and the Founder and Business & Executive Coach at Empower Coaching & Growth. With a background in HR roles at various companies, she is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals and find effective solutions. Olena holds a PhD from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Additionally, she is working towards CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management and Employer Branding.
