William F. Snider. Mr. Snider has served as a member of the board of directors since September 2019. Since 2006, Mr. Snider has served as Partner at BroadOak Capital Partners, LLC, a merchant bank with a focus on the life sciences industry. Prior to joining BroadOak, Mr. Snider was a general partner and co-founder of Emerging Technology Partners, LLC, a life sciences focused venture capital firm. Prior to Emerging Technology Partners, he was a vice president and portfolio manager at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., a global investment management firm, where his responsibilities included managing mutual funds and institutional client portfolios. Mr. Snider also serves on the board of directors of Halo Labs, Inc., Science and Medicine Group, IXRF Systems, Inc., Cellaria Bio, Tonbo Biotechnologies, Inc., Empire Genomics and MdBio Foundation. Mr. Snider is a CFA charterholder and earned a B.S.E. in Finance and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
