Jesper la Cour Madsen currently serves as the Group Operations Director (COO / CFO) at Codeo Group since July 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Chief People Officer (CHRO) at mPharma from January 2020 to June 2023, where mPharma strived to enhance health in Africa across nine countries with over 1200 employees. Jesper was also an Executive Board Member at Haltons Ltd during the same period. From August 2019 to January 2022, Jesper held the position of COO / CFO and Non-Executive Board Member at TEXPRO Scandinavia, focusing on general business management and financial governance. Notably, Jesper spent over 13 years at Accenture, culminating as Managing Director of Global Transformation, along with various HR leadership roles across the Asia-Pacific region and the Nordic countries. Earlier career milestones include working as Group Business Partner at Brambles and as a Management Consultant at Accenture / Andersen Consulting.
