Francisco Javier Beltran Andreini has extensive experience in project management and maintenance within the mining sector, particularly with CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile. Key roles include Director of Project Portfolio for the Refinery Foundry, Superintendent of Mine Maintenance, and Superintendent of Production Services and Logistics. Francisco also served as Supervisor of Maintenance for Shovels and Drillers, as well as Supervisor of Plant Maintenance at Eleccon Multitecno. Additionally, academic contributions were made as a faculty member at Universidad de Tarapacá.
