Marcelo de Souza Boeira has been working in the tech industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2007, they worked for Voxel Digital Arts Brazil as the Director of Systems Development, where they developed web systems, websites, graphic design services, computer maintenance, network installation and maintenance, newspaper and magazine diagramming, and IT management services. From 2006 to 2007, they were the IT Manager and Marketing for Vereador Beto Moraes. From 2002 to 2006, they were the IT/ Web Presence Manager/Developer and Marketing for Deputado Estadual Mauro Moraes, where they were responsible for the political intelligence web system for the state representative, managing data from voters and rendering charts and reports for political campaigns. From 2007 to 2015, they were the Director of Technology and Administrative Planning for GRUPO OHARABY, where they were responsible for the company's technology infrastructure, the development of the intranet system, websites, and advertising material, as well as AutoCAD projects for acoustic engineering and noise mapping using software such as dBTrait, CadnaA, and SoundPLAN. In 2015, they became the Head of Brazil and Co-founder of Code Loft, where they were responsible for delivering digital solutions through website development and web marketing, including mobile, social, SEO, and paid search campaigns. Marcelo de Souza also co-created a proprietary web systems framework used as the core of the company's development projects.
Marcelo de Souza Boeira obtained an Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Faculdade Spei in 2012. Marcelo de Souza is currently studying Gestão em Tecnologia da Informação at Faculdades Santa Cruz.
