Saushe Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, people operations, and photography. Currently serving as People Operations Manager and previously as Human Resources Specialist at Code for America since May 2022, Saushe has worked in various HR roles across multiple organizations, including Juvo - Autism + Behavioral Health Services and ABB OPTICAL GROUP. With a solid background in administrative tasks from Robert Half Management Resources and program coordination at the San Francisco Dental Society, Saushe has developed strong skills in talent acquisition, office management, and event planning. In addition, experience as a photographer at Shooting Stars Productions since August 2016 complements expertise in communication and media, which is further supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from San Jose State University.
