Prior to joining Code for America, Latosha spent eight years managing the full provider contract management process with strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach for an accountable care management organization. She enjoys walking, traveling, and reading. Latosha is a graduate of CA State University, Long Beach and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from CA State University, Eastbay.
