Anthony D. Mays is the founder of Morgan Latimer Consulting, where the focus is on tech career coaching aimed at enhancing job acquisition and representation in the technology sector. Currently, Anthony provides interview coaching workshops at Code Differently while also serving as a Senior Advisor for the Brilliant Black Minds program at Karat to increase the number of Black software engineers. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Google, and contributions to publications like Black Enterprise Magazine and The Huffington Post, addressing diversity in technology. Anthony's extensive background in software engineering is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from UC Irvine.
