Benjamin Cifuentes is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and customer relations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Code and Theory since December 2014, Benjamin manages and resolves end-user issues through a ticketing system, while also diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software across various platforms. Prior experience includes working at Apple as a Genius from September 2013 to November 2014, where Benjamin specialized in diagnosing and repairing Apple products and providing technical support to small businesses.
