Maricel Ventura is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in functional safety and quality assurance within the automotive and technology industries. Currently serving as the Principal Functional Safety Manager at Codasip since September 2022, Maricel previously held senior positions at BorgWarner, including EU Head of Excellence Engineering and Global FS Engineering Manager for HV Power Electronics. Maricel's background includes roles at Delphi Technologies and Delphi, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring compliance with ISO26262 to managing software quality and engineering processes. Earlier roles at Citibank, Accenture Technology Solutions, Rohm Electronics, and NEC Technologies further established Maricel's expertise in quality management systems and process auditing. Maricel holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Mapúa University (1994-1999).
