Bernardo Camilo has a diverse work experience that includes roles in business development, investment consulting, and management. Bernardo is currently working as a Business Development Representative at Codacy since June 2021. Prior to that, from July 2020 to June 2021, they worked as an Investment Consultant at Mercer. Before joining Mercer, Bernardo held a managerial position at BrumaJardim Lda from December 2014 to July 2020.

Bernardo Camilo attended the Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2015 to 2019, where they completed the International Undergraduate Program in Business Administration. Their field of study was Business Administration. In addition to their degree, Bernardo obtained the certification in "The Art of Sales: Mastering the Selling Process Specialization" from Northwestern University in July 2022.
