Silvia Mata Ajamil is a biotechnologist currently employed at COCUUS SYSTEM IB脡RICA S.L. since November 2020, focusing on bioprinting and the development of food inkjet technology for 3D printing applications with biotinks in the creation of meat, fish, and plant-based products. Previously, Silvia worked as a Staff Research Scientist at the Instituto de Investigaci贸n en Ciencias de la Alimentaci贸n, where research centered on enzyme behavior and the optimization of biocatalysts for nutraceutical synthesis. Silvia also gained experience as an internship researcher at IRYCIS, studying human microbiota health. Silvia holds a Master's degree in Novel Foods from Universidad Aut贸noma de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Universidad Polit茅cnica de Madrid, along with various certifications in food safety and nutrition.
