Xavier Orosco serves as a Service Manager at OTR Fleet Service LLC since July 2019, bringing expertise in fleet management and service operations. Prior to this role, Xavier was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic with the United States Marine Corps from August 2015 to January 2023, where skills in maintaining and repairing heavy machinery were developed.
