Hannah Shapiro is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Senior Sourcer for Go-To-Market (GTM) at Cockroach Labs since July 2021. Prior to this role, Hannah worked as a Senior Recruiter at Russell Tobin from July 2019 to June 2021 and held a position in Recruiting, Sales & Revenue Operations at Pandora for a brief period in 2018. From 2013 to 2018, Hannah was the Director of Recruiting at Three Pillars Recruiting, where the focus is on connecting top talent with rapidly growing companies in the digital space. Earlier experience includes an internship in Guest Relations at Ronald McDonald House New York in 2012. Hannah Shapiro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in English from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2013.
