Lori Papierniak, SPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Salo, where the focus is on creating meaningful talent connections in finance, accounting, and HR. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Director of People Operations at Pacific Dental Services, supporting workforce planning, talent acquisition, team development, and coaching for regions in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Idaho. Lori has also contributed as Co-Chair for the CHRA Mentor Program, President of LP Talent Solutions, and held multiple HR roles at Allstate Insurance, culminating in Senior Human Resource Manager responsibilities across a nine-state region. Lori holds an MBA in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Iowa.
