Joshua White is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in healthcare and project management. Currently serving as Director of Connected Care at Cochlear since April 2021, Joshua previously held the role of Director of Customer Engagement. Joshua's competencies include embedding business processes for digital initiatives, utilizing data-led insights for customer journey optimization, and leading change management activities. Prior to Cochlear, Joshua held leadership roles at GE Healthcare, where Joshua was responsible for overseeing major medical installations and driving revenue growth. Joshua has significant consulting experience from positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has developed strong teams and business strategies throughout a career focused on operational improvement and customer satisfaction. Joshua holds an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and multiple leadership qualifications from Crotonville, alongside a CPA designation.
