Juan Calvo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, currently serving as the Group Head of Executive Search at Coca-Cola HBC, a strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, since June 2016. Prior to this role, Juan held key positions at Ericsson as Head of Talent Acquisition for the Mediterranean Region and at BP as Global Talent Sourcing & Attraction Manager in the Upstream sector. Additional experience includes roles at KPMG UK as Recruitment Manager, Cátenon as Senior Consultant, and Cisco Systems as a Recruiter. Juan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and Sociology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, supplemented by advanced business management and project management training from institutions such as Columbia Business School, IMD, The George Washington University, and IESE Business School.
