Suzy Jearum is an experienced leader in digital employee experience and process improvement, currently serving as the Digital Employee Experience and Process Design Lead at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners since September 2013. Suzy has been instrumental in developing digital strategies, measuring employee experiences, and implementing onboarding processes, as well as leading Human Resources Continuous Improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Suzy held various positions at ING DIRECT from 2005 to 2013, including Senior Quality Manager and Quality Manager, where notable achievements included leading the Lean Six Sigma program, significantly enhancing process efficiencies, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Suzy's expertise encompasses project management, strategic change initiatives, and employee engagement within HR functions.
