Melissa Johnston possesses extensive experience in financial management and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Family Engagement Specialist at Kreiva Academy since June 2021, and as a Collections Analyst in Accounts Receivable at Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England since July 2019, Melissa has developed skills in managing accounts, executing credit analysis, and addressing customer inquiries. Previously, Melissa specialized in accounts receivable at GH Berlin Windward and spent a decade at AIG as a Premium Collections Representative, where significant responsibilities included data reporting and ledger management. Additionally, Melissa held the position of Administrative Operations Assistant at RiverStone Claims Management, coordinating various operational functions and travel arrangements.
