Hung Nguyen Manh is a skilled data scientist with extensive experience in applying advanced data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Cốc Cốc since April 2023, Hung focuses on enhancing search engine and recommendation systems. Prior experience includes leading the NLP team at VinBrain from September 2020 to April 2023, where cutting-edge deep learning models were utilized in natural language processing, speech processing, and computer vision. As a Machine Learning Engineer at ByteDance from February 2019 to September 2020, Hung contributed to aggregating and recommending internet content for a major news app in Indonesia. Additionally, internships at OCS R&D Center and Arrow Technologies provided valuable insights into recommendation systems for telecommunications and utilizing AI for solar panel defect detection, respectively. Hung holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Data Sciences from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
