Eric Hieber is a seasoned attorney and partner at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP, where since December 2019, expertise has been focused on representing real estate developers, owners, and investors throughout the development life cycle, specifically in drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts. Prior experience includes serving as an associate attorney at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in roles across various practice groups, and as an assistant project manager at WEBCOR Builders. Eric's career began in project engineering and management, overseeing commercial projects and later transitioning into legal roles, alongside contributions as a fee examiner and extern for the United States Bankruptcy Court. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law with Magna Cum Laude honors, complemented by an international law program in Barcelona and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
