Patricia Hernández García has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 with a role as Foto Fija cortometraje "Djembé" at I.E.S CMR Valcárcel. In 2010, they held roles at both Telefónica and Armelin Security Systems as Technical Support. Her roles at both companies involved analysis of malware in Windows environments, detection and tracking of threats, and analysis of fraudulent transfers. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at IBM España as an IT Support Technician. Most recently, they began working at Cobee in 2022 as an IT & Security Support.

Patricia Hernández García completed a FP Técnico Laboratorio de Imagen in Fotografía from IES Valcárcel between 2012 and 2013. Prior to this, they completed a FP Técnico Sistemas Informáticos from IES Vallecas I between 2008 and 2010. Patricia has also obtained several certifications, including a Curso Ransomware - Procedimiento de gestión de incidentes from CCN-CERT Centro Criptológico Nacional in February 2023, an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in April 2022, Fundamentos de ITIL: Introducción a la gestión de sistemas de información from LinkedIn in November 2021, Fundamentos de la atención al cliente para profesionales IT from LinkedIn in November 2021, and AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials (Second Edition) (Spanish) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2021.
