Max Lipovsek is an experienced professional in commercial real estate (CRE) with a focus on investments and financing. Currently serving as an Associate in Investments at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since August 2024, Max specializes in multifamily acquisitions within the realm of CRE private equity. Prior to this role, Max worked at Eastdil Secured from June 2022 to August 2024 as an Associate, concentrating on CRE equity investment sales and debt capital markets. Max began a career at J.P. Morgan as an Analyst from July 2020 to June 2022, where responsibilities included debt underwriting and originations in real estate banking. Max holds a degree from Miami University, completed in 2021.
