As the CEO and Owner of Carter New Music LLC, established in April 2012, Thomas has played a significant role in the music industry. Prior experience includes roles in purchasing at Abco Safety and graphic design management with sales responsibilities at Newforms Inc. Thomas began the career journey in the service industry as a waiter at Mios Pizza. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics & Media Informatics from Northern Kentucky University between 2012 and 2015.
