Debra Reakes, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare quality management and electronic health record (EHR) optimization. Since March 2012, Debra has held various titles at Coastal Medical, including Director of Quality, Senior Advisor for Advanced Payment Programs, EHR Quality Manager, and EHR Optimization Specialist, focusing on training providers and staff as well as implementing EHR documentation and Meaningful Use initiatives. Prior to this, Debra worked at Path 2 Harmony as a Reiki Master and served as a Clinical Affairs Nurse at Thundermist Health Center, where responsibilities included clinical quality and EHR setup for reportable data collection. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rhode Island College, completed between 1984 and 1987.
