Samantha M. has extensive experience in healthcare and fitness, currently serving as the Lead Case Manager at Coastal Medical Group since September 2015, where personalized care plans and empathetic patient advocacy are key responsibilities. Prior roles at Coastal include Sales and Business Development, where strong interpersonal skills were utilized to foster relationships with medical groups and law offices, and as an Administrative Assistant, assisting with patient documentation and scheduling. Samantha also worked as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Ideal Fitness, instructing fitness classes and training clients to achieve personal goals. Early career experiences include positions in customer service at Walmart and Tuffy Auto Service Center, as well as coaching diving at Yorktown Middle School. Samantha is pursuing an Associate's degree at MiraCosta College, having previously attended Ball State University.
