Joshua Gates has extensive experience in the oilfield and safety sectors, currently serving as a Roustabout Safety Representative in training at Coastal Drilling Company, LLC since November 2019. Previous roles include Project Assistant at Allen Engineering and Science, where Joshua contributed to oilfield construction, and Shop Foreman Lead at Samco Enterprises, overseeing daily operations in a machine shop. Additional experience includes operating CNC machinery at Helanbak and managing a valve repair shop at M&J Valve Services, Inc. Joshua's military background includes serving as NCOIC in the US Army for 12 years. Academically, Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Columbia Southern University and has multiple associate degrees in Business Administration and Management, as well as certifications in health and safety.
