Damon Gandy has extensive experience in the construction and coatings industry, currently serving as the Assistant Branch Manager and previously as an Inside Sales Specialist at Coastal Construction Products since July 2020. Prior to that, Damon held the position of Vice President, Project Manager, and Estimator at Atlas Coatings, Inc. from March 2005 to November 2018, focusing on securing painting, caulking, and waterproofing projects. Earlier in the career, Damon started as a painter and waterproofer at Superior Coatings & Sealants, Inc., advancing to the role of Project Manager and Estimator between May 1995 and March 2005.
