Sheri Nygaard is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty years of experience, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Coastal since October 2016. Prior to this role, Sheri held the position of Senior HR Manager at Accenture from July 1994 to September 2016. Sheri possesses a strong and proven track record in leadership, people management, project management, and service delivery across various HR functions, including performance management, compensation, employee relations, and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. Education includes a Master of Business Administration focused on MIS and Marketing from William & Mary, obtained between 1992 and 1994, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed in 1991.
