Matthew Hamilton has extensive experience in security and leadership roles, currently serving as Chief of Security at Coastal Carolina Community College since March 2020. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Security Supervisor at Allied Universal from August 2019 to March 2020. Previous roles include delivering for Papa John's International and providing financial advisory services at First Command Financial Services. Matthew's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where multiple positions were held, including Supervisor of Intelligence Operations and Marine Corps Recruiter, spanning nearly a decade from December 2003 to March 2013. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services from American Military University between 2017 and 2020.
