Xiaolin Gong is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in technology and finance. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Coalition, Inc. since November 2019, Xiaolin previously co-founded and led SimpleRose as CEO, where optimization of decision-making for complex operational problems was emphasized. At Cloudflare, Inc., from August 2014 to June 2018, Xiaolin headed special projects in China, focusing on enhancing network performance for internet applications. Earlier roles include Private Equity Associate at Francisco Partners, where tech investment opportunities were identified, and Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, providing strategic financial advisory in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Xiaolin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
