The Operations and Programs Team at the Coalition for Responsible Community Development oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of community services and development initiatives. Led by the Chief Programs Officer and COO, the team ensures efficient program management, accurate data reporting, and effective community engagement to meet the needs of low-income and working-class residents and small businesses in South Los Angeles.
