Diego Adolf has a diverse work experience that includes founding and co-founding companies, as well as working as a software engineer. Diego is currently a co-founder and board member at Coalist. Prior to this, they founded Tekhenu GmbH and worked as a software engineer. Diego also co-founded and served on the board of Trust in Talent AG. Earlier in their career, they worked as a senior software engineer at Netcetera and gained experience in web development and tax calculation engine support. Diego began their career as a master student at ABB, where they focused on developing software architectures for smart grids.

Diego Adolf obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich, specializing in Electrical Power Systems and Mechatronics. Diego later pursued a Master of Science in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering, focusing on Computers and Networks, also at ETH Zürich.
