Max Knapp is an accomplished finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in investment management and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director at Wing 2 Wing Ventures and Partner at Whitewater Capital Partners, Max has also founded BlackBear Capital and holds ownership and board member roles at Childers Air Plumbing & Electric. As a co-founding board member and advisor for the SEED Fund at Coalfield Development Corporation, Max focuses on economic development and impact investing in West Virginia. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Business Development Lead at Intellispect and Owner of RipCity Fitness, which achieved significant financial success upon acquisition. Max's early career included positions at United Bank Inc, Comvest Partners, and Deutsche Bank, following a Master's degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
