Anesa Chaibi currently serves as Operating Partner and Chief Transformation Officer at Coalesce Capital since April 2023. With a robust career in leadership, Anesa has held significant roles such as Director of Corporate Governance, Director Affairs, and Sustainability at Regal Beloit Corporation since 2014, and Director and Board Member at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. since July 2020. Anesa previously chaired the Audit Committee at Warburg Pincus LLC and worked as Executive in Residence and Industry Advisor at CoolSys, having also excelled as CEO at Optimas Solutions and HD Supply. Anesa began a comprehensive career in various positions with GE and CSC Index. Anesa holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
